Payment:

Generally, after confirming a rough sketch of the artwork, full payment is required, through PayPal. However, we can discuss other methods of payment (eg. paying 50% of the price after the rough sketch and the rest after receiving the lineart etc.).I have the right to refuse any commission and do not owe an explanation. Moreover, I have the right to cancel the commission at any point during the creation period and I will give a full refund. If a customer was to cancel the commission after confirming the sketch, the customer will get a 50% refund. Once the commission is completed it cannot be cancelled and refunded.

By commissioning me you agree to the following:

I, as the Artist:

Maintain the rights of the completed artwork.
Maintain the right to use my work as portfolio material.
Maintain the right to post my work on social media. However, I will not post pieces upon request.
Maintain the right to turn down any commission without owing an explanation.
Will send the completed commission as a .png file via e-mail unless requested otherwise.
Maintain the right to raise the price depending on the complexity of the request.

You, as the Client:

CANNOT use the commission for business or profitable purposes.
CANNOT resell or redistribute any artwork you commission from me without my consent. Therefore you cannot use the artwork as Non-Fungible Token (NFT) or material for Artificial Intelligence (AI).
CANNOT remove my watermark/signature from the artwork for any reason.
CANNOT modify or edit the drawing after you received it without my consent.
are OBLIGED to credit me as the author of the artwork when you use or repost it online. Crediting me means clearly stating that the artwork was done by me and/or linking it back to my Twitter account: @dainlovesrain.

Pricing

Depending on the complexity of the background or the character's design, the price can change. In some cases, the pricing is a bit more complex, so it can be discussed individually.

Bust	15 USD
Halfbody	25 USD
Fullbody	35 USD
Complex Character Design	+25% of the price excluding the background price
Additional Character	+50% of the price excluding the background price
Background	0 USD - 15 USD
Character Reference Sheet	50 USD - 65 USD
